The Mountain Soil and Water Conservation District (MSWCD) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer serves as a point of contact for members of the public in requesting public records and to coordinate the public body’s compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Please note that the MSWCD charges for FOIA requests.  You may receive more information on charges by contacting the MSWCD FOIA Officer.
